What are the show hours?: The show is open to the public from 9 am to 3 pm. There is an early bird special for fans from 6 am to 9 am for an additional charge.
How much is general admission?: Tickets are $3 each at the door, with an early bird ticket at $10 each at the door for people who wish to get into the show between 6-9 am for those who want the best pick from the vendors.
How much do seminars and film screenings cost?: All film screenings, seminars, and other events are part of the ticket cost and do not require an additional fee.
How much are celebrity autographs?: Each celebrity sets their own prices and the Grand Rapids Toy And Comic Expo has no control over what celebrities may charge for autograph or photo opportunities.
I can not arrive until 2 pm. Will the vendors still be set up?: Yes. We plan on requiring all vendors to stay set up during the duration of the event.

What kind of items will I find at the Grand Rapids Toy And Comic Expo?: Over 100 vendors will be selling the following: new and vintage toys, antiques, comic books, posters, graphic novels, action figures, plushies, Gaming, miniatures, Hot Wheels, Johnny Lightning, NASCAR collectibles, movie/TV collectibles, dolls, Barbie, model kits, Star Wars, Star Trek, anime, manga, Transformers, Disney, McFarland, NECA, sci-fi/horror collectibles, and a lot more. The best thing about the Grand Rapids Toy And Comic Expo is that each show is different and you never know what you may find at the show!
What will the artists be selling?: Artists will be selling original prints of their work and various arts and crafts.
For Vendors And Artists
How much does a booth space cost?: Booth space runs $30 for each six foot table and $100 for four six foot tables, a total 24 feet of table space. End caps are $90 and feature two six foot tables and one eight foot table, total of twenty feet of table space.
How big is the dealer table and space?: Each table is six feet long and 30 inches wide with 30 inches of space behind them, totaling a floor space of 6×6.5 feet. Each table includes one chair.
How do I get a dealer form?: You may get an informational package by contacting Russ Brown at russgrctc@yahoo.com.
How do I pay for my tables?: You may pay either with a check or money order (made payable to GRCTC) or through Paypal at russgrctc@yahoo.com. If you do use the Paypal option there will be a small extra charge to cover the Paypal fees and you will need to fill out a dealer form and send it in. Your booth is NOT secured until the paperwork is processed, even if you have paid in full so make sure to get in the paperwork! After the contract is filled out please send it to the following: GRCTC, 2437 Palm Dale Dr. SW, Grandville, MI 49418. People paying with checks or money orders can send in their payments with their contract.
When is dealer set-up?: Generally speaking, dealers can do set up from 7-10 pm the Friday before. Saturday set-up is from 6-9 am. No load-ins after 9 am please!
